When Todd’s father's dairy company was about to declare bankruptcy, Rag took the chance to offer his father a once in a lifetime type of deal; he'd save the old man’s business in exchange of the eternal friendship and loyalship from his wonderful son, Todd’s father had no second thoughts and would easily cave in. 
After everything was settled, the young ex rockstar had no other choice but to comply; The next he knows is that he's at Ragworld dealing with an all powerful entity who seems to find comfort in torturing him in colorful ways, amongst other equally devilish creatures.

He doesn’t do much other than hang around Rag and do what he’s told to, he also gets bored easily. While playing bass brings him some sort of comfort, he doesn’t have an audience to cater to. At least, it’s cool that he was taken somewhere where nobody would take his vegan powers away…. Right?
